Die Kat se Snor Sauvignon Blanc 2023

This wine was made with texture and food in mind; showing chalky minerality, a bright acid core well supported by flavours of blackcurrant, lime and lifted, floral expression of elderflower. Though linear in style it still offers great weight and texture on the palate. Elegant, understated and showing a fine balance between restraint and generosity. Tight in its youth, it should age well for another 5-6 years.
